What this site is

This website presents Harris Holdings — the portfolio founded by DeAndrew Preston Harris — and the companies, divisions, brands, and storefronts within it. It is an informational site. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, lend, invest, or contract, and nothing on it creates a client, customer, or business relationship. Relationships are formed only through the individual company you deal with, on that company’s own terms.

The portfolio companies

Each company in the portfolio operates under its own name, through its own site, storefront, or channel, and is responsible for its own products, services, and commitments. A listing on this site describes the portfolio as its founder organizes it; it is not a guarantee, endorsement of terms, or assumption of liability by one portfolio company for another.

Lending inquiries

Harris & Partners Advisory Group is an advisory business. Submitting an inquiry — here or on its own site — is not a loan application, an approval, a rate quote, or a commitment to lend. Any financing discussion happens directly with Harris & Partners and, where applicable, its lending partners, under their own terms and approvals.

This site links out to websites and storefronts run by portfolio companies and by third-party platforms (including Wasmer, itch.io, Reddit, and Whop). Those destinations have their own terms and privacy practices, which govern your use of them. Harris Holdings is not responsible for the content or availability of third-party platforms.

Intellectual property

The Harris Holdings name, monogram, and the text and design of this site belong to its founder. Company names, logos, and marks shown in the portfolio belong to their respective companies. You may link to this site; you may not reproduce its design or marks in a way that suggests affiliation or endorsement without written permission.

Accuracy

We work to keep listings current — company names, statuses, and links are reviewed as the portfolio changes. Statuses describe activity (for example, “Live” or “In development”) and are not promises about any product, timeline, or result.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Harris Holdings and its founder are not liable for damages arising from use of this site or reliance on its contents. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
