Privacy Policy
Last updated October 23, 2026. Short version: this site does not track you. The only information it collects is what you type into the contact form.
No tracking
This website runs no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no third-party marketing scripts, and it sets no cookies. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not sell or rent personal information — to anyone, for any reason.
The contact form
When you submit the Contact form, we receive and store the name, email address, company selection, and message you provide, along with the date and time of submission and your browser’s user-agent string. Submissions are stored in a secured cloud database (Cloudflare KV) operated for this site.
We use that information for one purpose: to read your inquiry, route it to the company you selected, and reply to you. Form submissions are not added to any marketing list, and submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to anything.
Sharing within the portfolio
Your inquiry is shared only with the portfolio company you selected (for example, a lending inquiry goes to Harris & Partners Advisory Group) so that company can respond. We do not share form data with outside third parties except the service providers that host this site and its form (Wasmer and Cloudflare), who process it on our behalf.
External sites
Links on this site lead to other websites and platforms — portfolio companies’ own sites and platforms such as itch.io, Reddit, and Whop. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover them.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete a form submission you sent, or ask what information you have submitted, at any time through the Contact page — select “General — Harris Holdings” and say so in the message. We will honor deletion requests for inquiry data we control.
Children
This site is a business portfolio site directed at adults and businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children through it.
Changes
If these practices change — for example, if the site ever adds analytics — this page will be updated first, with a new date above, before the change takes effect. Questions about privacy go through the Contact page.
