About
One founder.
A family of companies.
Harris Holdings exists for a simple reason: everything DeAndrew Preston Harris builds should be easy to find, easy to verify, and easy to reach — in one place.
DeAndrew Preston Harris
Founder & Owner · West Memphis, Arkansas
Dre — on stage, FMG Muney Dre — is a founder, artist, and builder from West Memphis, Arkansas, working across the Memphis metro. He taught himself the crafts his companies run on — he built his own AI language model from scratch, runs an independent record label where artists keep their publishing, develops games, advises businesses on commercial financing, builds websites for local companies, and works real-estate joint ventures across the Mid-South.
The common thread is ownership. Rather than renting reach, audience, or infrastructure from other people’s platforms, he builds the platform — then the next one.
Why a holding portfolio
Each company here started as its own answer to its own problem: a label because artists deserved to keep their publishing, an AI company because the model should carry its own name, a lending advisory because local businesses needed a straighter path to capital. Over time the answers added up to a portfolio — and a portfolio needs a front door.
That is all Harris Holdings claims to be: the portfolio founded by DeAndrew Preston Harris, and the Harris family of companies gathered under one name. The companies operate under their own names, on their own sites, with their own customers. This site connects them — for partners doing diligence, lenders verifying a business, customers checking who stands behind a product, and collaborators looking for the right door.
How the portfolio is organized
- NeuralAI — the technology and AI company.
- Free Minded — the entertainment company: Free Minded Records, and Free Minded Press as its publishing division.
- Avok Interactive — the gaming company: KOVA, Dispatch HQ, and The Open World.
- Harris & Partners Advisory Group — the commercial lending advisory, standing on its own.
- SiteSprint — client services: websites for local businesses, on the Harris side of the house.
- Mid-South Wholesale JV — real-estate wholesaling joint ventures, operating under its Dispo Works brand.
- Whop Commerce — the storefronts and products sold through Whop: Harris Works, Vela, Dispo Works products, and courses.

The principles
Own, don’t rent. Publishing, platforms, and product stay with the people who made them. It is why the label’s artists keep 100% of their publishing and why the AI company builds its own models instead of reselling someone else’s.
Every company stands on its own. A Harris company earns its place by doing real work for real customers — not by borrowing credibility from the others. The portfolio connects them; each one still has to stand up on its own.
Built in the Mid-South. West Memphis and the Memphis metro are home base. The work is local first — local businesses, local deals, local artists — and builds outward from there.
Working with the portfolio
There is one door: the Contact page. Tell us which company you’re trying to reach and what you need, and the inquiry is routed from there. Lending inquiries go to Harris & Partners; an inquiry is a conversation, never an approval or a commitment from any company in the portfolio.
