Built to own, not rent.
Harris Holdings is the portfolio founded by DeAndrew Preston Harris. Under it sits a family of independent companies — technology, entertainment, gaming, lending, client services, real estate, and commerce — each with its own brand, its own site, and its own work to do.

Founder & Owner
DeAndrew Preston Harris — Dre — builds companies the same way he builds everything else: from scratch, under his own name, and built to last. From West Memphis, Arkansas, he works across the Memphis metro in artificial intelligence, music and publishing, gaming, commercial lending, local client services, real estate, and online commerce.
On stage, he’s FMG Muney Dre — founder and first act of his own label, Free Minded Records. Harris Holdings is the front door for all of it — one place where partners, lenders, customers, and collaborators can see the whole portfolio and reach the right company on the first try.
How we build
Own, don’t rent
Publishing, platforms, and product stay with the people who made them. On the label, artists keep 100% of their publishing — that principle runs through every company here.
Every company stands on its own
Each business in the portfolio carries its own brand, its own customers, and its own site. Harris Holdings connects them; it doesn’t blur them together.
Built in the Mid-South
Founded in West Memphis, working across the Memphis metro — and building outward from there, one company at a time.
The companies
Seven groups, one portfolio. Each card links out to the company’s own home on the web.
Entertainment built on ownership — keep your mind free, and your publishing freer.
The gaming company behind KOVA — a console-feel gaming platform for PC — and the games built under it.
Harris & Partners Advisory Group — a commercial lending advisory for established businesses and creator-led ventures, from working capital to equipment financing.
Websites for Memphis-area businesses that don’t have one yet — designed, built, and kept running, without the agency runaround.
Wholesale real-estate joint ventures across the Memphis metro and the Mid-South — partnering with wholesalers who hold contracts to get deals closed.
The storefronts and products sold through Whop — launch kits, courses, and the Press bookstore. A grouping of storefronts, not a separate company.
The portfolio at a glance
One door for every company.
Whatever you’re trying to reach — a model, a label, a loan, a website, a deal — it starts with one inquiry, routed to the right place.
